All information collected is stored on our secure order management system for the purposes of processing the order as well as providing after sales support including returns, customer services enquiries.

Our website is managed with a UK hosting company with high specification firewalls that act as a first line of defence from any external threats. For extra peace of mind our site has SSL encryption. We secure access to all areas of our websites using ‘https’ technology. (You can see the green padlock in your url bar)

SHARING YOUR DATA:

We will never pass on your data to a 3rd party so they can market to you.

If you order from us, we’ll keep your data for six years in order to comply with legal obligations (Consumer rights act). You can request that some of this is removed sooner (Email address & phone numbers)

After six years,if you haven't placed any subsequent orders, we will remove your data automatically unless you have consented to receive our marketing.

IF YOU NO LONGER WANT TO RECEIVE EMAIL MARKETING:

If you had purchased from us before the 25th May 2018 (probably RC car parts or diff balls!) you may receive marketing emails from us. If you don't want to receive these, you can either click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email or you can contact us. We don't want anyone receiving emails from us, unless they want them!

Once you unsubscribe from emails, we will delete your email address from the marketing platform we use, currently Mail Chimp. This will be within 2 days of any request.

HOW TO LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH A SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY:

If you are unhappy with our use of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
