General

We have made every effort to ensure product information contained on our website is accurate at the time of production. Ghost RC will not be held responsible for any omissions, errors or price changes.

Due to the nature of the products we stock, when we re-package items we may occasionally make a mistake in the product description and therefore the listing on our website may be incorrect (we are only human after all!).  If you receive an incorrect item, we will happily pay for the return postage and of course we will reimburse for the returned product.  Simply reply to your dispatch notification or drop us an email via our contact form for full details.

Payment

We only accept payment by PayPal.  You do not need a PayPal account to purchase from us, when the PayPal payment screen is displayed simply click pay by debit or credit card and you will be able to proceed as a guest and simply pay by card.

Stock

Everything on our site should be in stock, when an item sells out it simply falls off of the site and you are unable to purchase it.  If for any reason you order a product that is unavailable, we will let you know as soon as possible via email.  A refund will be made to your paypal account for any items unavailable.

Returns

VAT

We certainly will never sell enough to be VAT registered and therefore we do not charge VAT on our sales.
