I make every effort to ensure the parts and prices listed are 100% accurate. However, as Ghost RC is a one-man hobby project, I cannot be held responsible for occasional omissions or errors.

Because I re-package items to keep your costs down, I might occasionally make a mistake in a description. I'm only human, after all!

If you ever receive an incorrect item, I will happily cover the return postage and provide a full refund or exchange. Just reply to your dispatch email or use the contact form.

Help the Community

To help me maintain high standards and assist other hobbyists, I may contact you via email after your order is complete to invite you to review your experience. I use Trustpilot to manage this process.

Leaving a review is entirely optional. If you'd prefer not to be contacted for feedback, you can unsubscribe via the link in the invite or let me know via the contact form.

For your peace of mind and mine, I exclusively use PayPal for all transactions.

VAT Information

Ghost RC is a small-scale hobby business. As my turnover will not reach the national registration thresholds, I am not VAT registered. This means no VAT is added to your order, allowing me to keep these hobby-grade parts as affordable as possible.

Live Inventory

If it’s on the site, it’s on my shelf. My inventory system is live, meaning items disappear automatically once they sell out so you can't buy something that isn't there.

In the very rare event of a stock error, I will contact you immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
